Make your tween or teen’s bedroom the coolest place to hang out and read by making a hanging chair. It’s a great option for a small room, where floor space is limited, and you might like this project so much that you’ll want to make a few hanging chairs for a porch or patio.

 What you need:

  • 1,8 metres of fabric
  • A metal clip that can hold 100kg
  • 5 metres of rope
  • 1 metre long wooden dowel
  • A drill
  • Tape measure
  • Scissors
  • A sewing machine
