Throw them into casseroles

You can even add fruit to casseroles to increase the nutrient content of the meal. Apricots and pears are quite common in many recipes but feel free to experiment with whatever fruit you have or those fruits that tickle your taste buds.

Browse through recipe books and magazines or even get some professional advice if you know any chefs out there.

Whatever you do, avoid cutting down on your intake of fruits. They have excellent health benefits and should ideally be included in everyone’s eating plan!
