Always carry a bottle of water with you when exercising or engaging in physical activities. Many people tend to forget that they need to hydrate, especially when they are busy focusing on something else or are easily distracted. You could even set yourself a little reminder telling you to hydrate. You will be amazed at how useful this reminder will be and that water bottle will be empty in no time!
