Two Oceans Aquarium

This may go without saying, but we just have to say it. The aquarium is always a must – whether it’s school holidays or not, rainy or not, even when there are no kids around. This is one of Cape Town’s top attractions.

Planet Kids

As its name implies, this indoor hotspot in Muizenberg is all about kids. There are jumping castles, climbing walls, ramps, slides and ball walls. There are even activities for toddlers and a coffee stop for parents. You also have the option to drop your children here for a few hours, if you need to run errands.

Indoor golf

Cave Golf is at the V&A Waterfront and promises hours of fun on a rainy day. It’s an 18-hole mini-golf course with plenty of challenging holes in the mix.
