Follow good eating habits

Practising good eating habits will make mealtimes more pleasurable. Here are some ways to achieve this target.

Be sure to eat slowly and avoid consuming meals in a hurry. Chew your food properly before swallowing and drink plenty of liquids. The size of your bites is also important – avoid taking too large bites of food.

See your doctor if you are experiencing any oesophageal discomfort whatsoever especially if it is consistent or recurring.
