Don’t forget vitamin D

Many people tend to avoid going outdoors, even whilst at work, during the cold days of winter. Wherever possible, try to spend some time outdoors even if it is just for a few minutes. You will still need your daily dose of vitamin D so a little time in the sunlight can be good for you.

Chat to your doctor about taking supplements if you are concerned about any of your vitamin requirements during the winter months.
