Adequate night rest

It can be relatively easy to cut down on sleep especially if you tend to watch lots of movies during the cold winter evenings. Ensure that you still have sufficient sleep even on the colder nights.

This is the time that your body needs to refresh, rejuvenate and re-energise itself so avoid cutting yourself short. Ensure that your room atmosphere is conducive to a good night’s rest. Limit distractions, turn out the lights and invest in blackout curtains if necessary.
