What are the symptoms of golfer’s elbow?

The following are symptoms of golfer’s elbow: pain that moves down your arm toward your wrist, pain on the inside of your arm at the bony lump area of your elbow and pain on the outside of your arm, also at the bony lump area of your elbow.

You will find that the intensity of the pain increases when moving or twisting your elbow.  Note that pain can be prevalent for a period of between six to twelve weeks.
