Schedule time for a workout

Never underestimate the value of a good workout. It will get your blood pumping and oxygen going to your lungs much quicker than if you were sedentary.

Exercise has been known to help reduce stress. It can leave you feeling energised and optimistic to handle the tasks and challenges that the new day carries with it.  If you do not have time to hit the gym, go for a walk, run or jog instead. Just get going. You will burn some calories too and this can help you to reach your weight-loss targets sooner if you are hoping to drop a few kilograms.

Always remember to consult with your doctor before starting any new exercise regime or making intense changes to your current one – especially if you suffer from any medical conditions and for some reason are required not to place your body or yourself under any form of stress or strain.
