Get in an adequate amount of zzzs
Everybody needs an adequate amount of sleep daily in order to re-energise our body cells and mind. The amount of sleep required for each person may vary but it usually lies between the range of between six to eight hours daily.
Teenagers and young children off course require more sleep as their bodies are changing and developing. Similarly, people recovering from illness or surgery may also require more rest in order for healing to be facilitated.
