How long will it take?

That’s not really the right question… The idea here is that you’ll be getting STRONGER all the time. And stronger is better than weaker. So becoming strong may take a while, but every week you’ll be stronger than the week before, and that’s progress.

Keep ‘getting stronger’… don’t stop keeping your muscles in good shape and strength. Your body and your future self will thank you.

Training to get strong will also help you get LEAN – as long as you stick to a healthy diet too. Growing your muscles and burning calories in the gym both translate into a leaner, more toned physique, which is really what everyone wants, right?
