Are the lights too bright?

A person may experience a headache when exposed to very bright light. Light sources may include a computer screen, the sun or the light fixtures at home or work.

If you find that any of these light emitting sources are causing headaches, consider being proactive. You could opt for anti-glare computer screens or wear sunglasses when driving and going outdoors. Enquire about florescent bulbs and other light fixtures that can be used to minimise glare and brightness.
