Engage in relaxation techniques

Practising relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga and even breathing exercises can help one to relax and calm down, especially under stressful circumstances. It may even help to reduce the discomfort and pain felt by headaches.

Consider allocating some time to engage in relaxation techniques where possible. Take this time out for yourself as it is often needed, especially since we lead very busy lives. It may even help prevent a headache from coming on.
