Avoid buying lunch at work

Opt to prepare you own healthy lunch at home and take it along with you to work. Consider only buying out on days when you are seriously running late or cannot prepare your own lunch for some reason. Remember to pack a filled water bottle as well as some healthy snacks as well. Fresh fruit, nuts and little tubs of yoghurt are easy and convenient snacks to take along with you when leaving for work.
