Watch your caffeine intake
According to WebMD, ‘coffee containing caffeine can cause insomnia, nervousness and restlessness, stomach upset, nausea and vomiting, increased heart and breathing rate, and other side effects’.
It can be somewhat easy to take in too much caffeine on a daily basis, without even realising it – especially when you are busy at work and do not really have the time or effort to keep track of the number of cups of tea or coffee that you have consumed.
Stay aware. Perhaps consider having a cup of tea or coffee at a certain hour. Note that caffeine is also found in cooldrinks, energy drinks and some other beverages. Read the nutritional label on beverages if you are unsure as to whether they contains caffeine or not.
