Sharing is not always good

Sharing is not always a good thing to do, especially if someone is unwell. Germs can easily be left on eating utensils such as forks, spoons and plates. The same can be said for beverage glasses. Do not share straws with anyone – rather opt to use your own.

Similarly, do not share items of clothing such as jerseys, jackets, etc., with someone who is ill, especially if they have just worn it. Germs can sometimes live on clothes for a while and can easily be spread. Towels and bed linen will also be exposed to germs so be sure to given them a good wash before using them again.
