Wash your hands!

Ensure that you wash and rinse your hands thoroughly if they are dirty or you have come into contact with some form bacteria or germs. Hands should always be washed before and after handling food, as well as after using the bathroom. Children should be taught that this is not negotiable. Set an example for them to follow and discuss the importance of washing your hands thoroughly with them.
