Yes, in the 17th century, doctors thought that heating up your insides could make you ill. And in Ireland, women were discouraged from drinking tea because it distracted them from ‘domestic duties’… can you even?!

There are six main types of tea (green tea, yellow tea, white tea, oolong tea, black tea and pu-erh te), but over 3000 different varieties.
