Zimbabwean-born actor Themba Ntuli and the love of his life, Hope Masilo have officially tied the knot after saying “I do” in a gorgeous white wedding ceremony

Themba, who made a name for himself on television with roles in dramas such as Soul Buddyz and Rhythm City, kissed his beautiful bride in a Johannesburg-based ceremony in front of their friends and family.

Themba has been described as possessing “childlike” features due to the fact that he stands 120 cm tall. Despite his lack of physical stature, his character has seen him tower over his rivals and it’s this ‘tall attitude’ which attracted his wife, Hope, and helped him win her heart.

Their wedding took place at EnGedi – The Oasis – a luxurious venue in Muldersdrift (west of Johannesburg) and was attended by the local who’s who, including Zethu Dlomo, Lebo Mphahlele, Tinah Mnumzana and Ofentse Mwase.

Ofentswe, who is one of South Africa’s most sought-after directors, praised the couple’s union when he said: “Two hearts that have fallen in love with each other can truly learn how to flow in sync with one another.

“They’ve loved each other everyday since, but today – they chose to do it forever. Congratulations Hope and Themba on your beautiful union”

Meanwhile, his wife Nelisiwe had equally wonderful words for the newly-weds.

She gave a brief account of their love story, saying: “One day, Themba will tell you about their fairytale story, which was not always an easy one… but he will, on his own terms and in God’s time. Their love and devotion to one another will challenge your outlook on love, and perhaps that’s what their union is meant to do – specifically for you. It doesn’t do that for them as a loving couple.”

Those who were not familiar with Themba and his story, were momentarily surprised to see a grown woman marrying what appears to be a much younger boy.

However, everything was quickly clarified:

Congratulations to Themba and Hope! How do you feel this ranks as one of South Africa’s most beautiful weddings in 2019 so far?
