The Halston House, named after famous fashion designer owner, Roy Halston, was recently brokered by Engel & Völkers, New York for 18 million US dollars.

Former property of Gunter Sachs, the townhouse is located on the Upper East Side and was designed in 1966 by the world-famous architect Paul Rudolph.
