When the time to take photos for your maternity shoot comes around, it may feel like there is a lot of pressure to capture your baby bump in all its glory

Thankfully, we can draw inspiration from some of Mzansi’s most famous celebrities who have dazzled us with beautiful pregnancy shoots over the years.

While we might not have the same budget as many of them, with a bit of creativity and the right photography, you too can pull off many of these preggy looks!

Jessica Nkosi

Jessica Nkosi’s maternity shoot was for an entire magazine cover and we love just how well-executed these studio pictures are. From the lighting to the outfit, everything looks tight and comfortable.

Tamara Dey

Tamara Dey managed to keep her pregnancy a secret till she announced the news with her very own preggy shoot.

This was also done in studio but unlike Jessica’s, Tamara’s images create an impression of spaciousness while still remaining fairly minimal.
