4.     Get some carbs

Low-carbohydrate diets are all the rage right now.

You see, eating low-carb is great for short-term fat loss. However, eating lower carb also makes your body produce less insulin, which in turn leads to lower metabolic rate and fewer calories burned.

So once you’ve gone low carb you’re going to struggle to go back.

A better way is to get your carbs from fruits, veggies and complex carb-sources so you can keep your metabolism going for the long term.
