Working up a sweat five times a week

It’s well known that Cher love exercise, but it may surprise you that even her 70s, she’s clocking a considerable amount of time in the gym.

She recently told British Hello magazine, “I exercise about five times a week because it’s something I’ve always done and I just enjoy it.”

According to the hitmaker, she’s fitter than people half her age, and we can believe it!

During her 2017 Billboard Icon Award acceptance speech, Cher said, “I’m 71 yesterday… and I can do a five-minute plank, okay? Just saying.”

But working out with a trainer is not the only way she breaks a sweat. No stranger to learning dance routines, Cher recently admitted that Zumba is one of her ‘nerdy’ fitness secrets.

As for her diet, Cher is known to watch what she eats, avoids cheese, doesn’t like meat and doesn’t drink alcohol often.
