Fresh and seasonal foods are loaded with valuable vitamins and/or mineral substances that will support the optimal functioning of your body. So be sure to include these foods in your eating plan. If you need help in creating a diet plan of healthy and balanced meals, seek the help of a dietician.

People sometimes fail to realise that healthy eating involves preparing your meals in a healthy way too. Avoid overcooking ingredients as this destroys their nutrients. Similarly, adopt methods of cooking that require the addition of less fat or oil. This will help you keep your weight in check too!
