Take time out for just you!
Don’t forget to take some time out for yourself. Do something that you like to do, whether it’s catching up on the soapies, gardening, taking a bubble bath, baking, going to the movies, etc. Sometimes, you may just want to catch up on sleep or treat yourself to your favourite takeaway. Whatever it is, embrace it!
Remember that you can only take care of others by taking care of yourself first so enjoy this time by yourself. And don’t feel any guilt about doing so! Your mental health is important so give it the attention it needs!
