Spend time with others
Make some time in your weekly schedule to visit or meet-up with friends and family. Your visit may not only be beneficial to you. It can do a whole lot of good for the other party too!
Spend time with loved ones sharing thoughts, reflecting on past activities together or simply having fun together. Having breakfast or lunch together during the week may also be a great idea especially if you work over the weekends.
This can be a great way to relieve stress whilst catching up with friends too!
