Here are some super-simple things that you can do every day to make dieting as EASY AS PIE, so to speak.

1. Get up, drink coffee, exercise a little

The best way to start a diet-day is to wake up, drink a cup (or two) of strong, black, sugar-free coffee, and then do some exercise for twenty to thirty minutes.

It doesn’t matter what type of exercise you do, as long as it’s tough. Don’t play chess and think you’re losing weight. If you’re not sweating and breathing hard then it’s not tough enough. Try to do this almost every day.
