In this case, making the recipes would require a bit of preparation to make sure you have all the necessary ingredients ready to go.

Both Jérôme Eckmeier and Daniela Lais are long-term vegans with a passion for cooking. Jérôme regularly conjures up new vegan dishes in his online cooking show as well as his blog. He is a trained chef and food technician who has worked for numerous restaurants abroad. Daniela has been vegan for more than 10 years. Professionally, she worked in a popular vegetarian and vegan restaurant in Austria for many years.
