Wash your hands

Our hands are one of the most exposed parts of our bodies, and we use them all the time. They are constantly coming into contact with germs which can easily be transferred to our eyes, ears and mouth.

It is therefore essential that you keep your hands as clean as possible and the best way to do this is to simply wash them! According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, you should wet and lather your hands before giving them a good scrub. Scrubbing should take approximately 20 seconds. You can thereafter rinse and dry them off.

Do not forget to moisturise afterwards!
