4.     Weight Watchers

Weight Watchers is a great diet for people who need their moderation to be enforced somehow (there are LOTS of these people). The diet assigns you a number of ‘edible’ points per day based on your goals, and each food you could eat has a points value assigned to it. Your goal is to eat within your points amount every day.

Most vegetables have zero points, so you can have as many as you like, and sugary foods are obviously high in points. This encourages healthy eating.

Weight Watchers also has a diabetes-specific programme, so you get additional advantage here.
