4. Eggs

Eggs are a wonderful food to have in the house as they are cheap, healthy, and full of both protein and good fat. A typical egg has around 6g of protein and about the same amount of fat. That’s some serious  bang for your buck. Plus, eggs go down well at any meal time. Use ’em.

5. Fish

Fatty fish like tuna, salmon, sardines and trout are all great sources of healthy fat that keeps your brain working well, and your heart ticking along healthily.

Try to get two servings of around 150g per week, and try to make it freshly sourced (although frozen isn’t that much worse).
