It’s simple, not EASY

We humans are sometimes quite lazy… (myself included!)

We want everything in our lives to be amazing, and perfect, but we want nothing to do with the effort required to make it that way. To put it plainly, we want things to be easy.

Unfortunately there are very few worthwhile things that are actually EASY to achieve. To get most things, we need to do some work.

The great thing is that we are actually quite good at doing work once the work has begun.

The formula is simple:

  • Choose a result you wish to see in your life. Let’s say yours is ‘lose 10kg for bikini season’.
  • Now, how do you get there? Find a step-by-step programme.
  • Now all you have to do is DO IT and continue doing it until you reach your goal.

SIMPLE, right? Not easy, but simple enough.

The best thing about this is that it gets easier and easier the longer you do it, until you can’t believe that you thought it was tough.

Make it a habit, and do it often, over a long period of time. This is the formula for the excellent result you seek.

It is also a BALANCED approach to life, and therefore, to dieting.

This is how balance can be achieved while living a predominantly healthy and active lifestyle. You don’t have to be BORING to be on diet!
