Gigi Lamayne took to Twitter this week to share some shocking details about an abusive ex-boyfriend

The musician did not mention any names in her posts, which have since been deleted, but she made it clear she was in a toxic relationship that ended in heartache.

“Do what you will, expose me, threaten to kill me, use me, abuse me, you got what you wanted. My God will fight for me,” she wrote, according to screenshots on ZAlebs.

Gigi added in another post: “I deserved a loyalty card from @netcare911_sa these past few months. If you hadn’t killed me, I would’ve killed myself.”

She also revealed that she had a pregnancy scare that led to her unnamed partner accusing her of cheating

“Remember you saying you’re glad my ovarian cyst wasn’t a baby and you’re glad if it was that it died because it wasn’t yours. That time you pushed me onto the balcony and I was drenched in blood.”

Her tweets come in the wake of a shocking tabloid story regarding her relationship with DJ Citi Lyts

According to the Sunday Sun, Gigi dumped the DJ after being fed up with his wandering eye.

“It was cute and adorable when they first started dating. They were goals until Gigi learned she was not exclusive,” one source told the paper about his alleged cheating.

The source added that things seemed to be going fine between the couple, despite his alleged history of abuse and cheating, but things changed when his brother Linda ‘ProKid’ Mkhize died last month.

“He changed soon after he allegedly got money from his brother ProKid’s policies. He was partying with several girls and neglecting Gigi.”

Gigi mentioned in her tweets that she was “loyal AF” during her relationship with her unnamed ex

“You’ll be loyal AF. They’ll abuse you and accuse you cheating because they know what they’ve been up to all along.”

She added in another post: “He is turning in his grave. He would never have allowed this. He would have protected me.”

Her fans flooded her timeline with messages of support, applauding her for sharing her story. Their well wishes did not go unnoticed.

“Thank you to everyone for the kind wishes. I’m getting the support and help I need. God knows I’m thankful,” Gigi tweeted.

She added in a separate tweet that she is willing to forgive

“Forgive not because you’re over it, but because YOU know you’re better than it. Protect yourself STILL but remember: God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers,” she wrote on Friday.
