Banish wobbly arms
Nobody really wants ‘bingo wings’ – those flabby or wobbly arms that sometimes even jiggle. If you have bingo wings or are afraid of getting them, take action now by including exercises that target this area, in your workout routine.
Do tricep extensions
According to the Daily Mail, tricep extensions are just one of the exercises that you can do to help combat bingo wings.
You can do this exercise by holding a weight (such as a dumbbell or kettlebell) firmly with both hands. Gently lift your arms (whilst carrying the weight) straight upwards over your head before lowering it behind your head. Slowly raise the weight back up into the starting position.
Always stop if you experience any discomfort or pain and remember that the more fit you are, the more comfortable you will feel when exercising.
