Putting her money where her mouth is

Nomzamo donated R60 000 of her money in 2015 to help those who are less fortunate.

She teamed up with the KwaZulu-Natal Social Development Department and the Shoprite #ShareForGood initiative to deliver special packages to families in KwaMashu.

Today was about the grannies, but I could NEVER forget the young girls. I was once them… Heart and head filled with dreams. I never gave up on myself. Never allowed my circumstances to determine my today. Gogo’s teachings are my compass, she always said: “Stick to your dreams. Stay true to who you are. Never try to be anyone special. Live your life passionately with great compassion for others.” #ShareForGood #ChristmasWithZamo #KwaMashu #NubianPrincess #NubianChristmas

Helping disadvantaged schools in South Africa

Nomzamo has teamed up with various brands to bring joy to children living in disadvantaged areas. She helped Clover Krush hand out 1 000 pairs of shoes to schoolchildren.

“We are going to be spreading goodness today, which is my favourite thing to do,” she said.
