Become a better chef? But aren’t you trying to lose weight? What’s up with that?

Well, it totally makes sense. You see, many people embark on a diet with great enthusiasm only to abandon the journey a short while into it because ‘diet food is bland and boring’.

But that’s just NOT TRUE!

If you know how to work with spices, and how to cook food really well, and make the effort to access a wide variety of ingredients so you can cook the foods of other cultures then you have no reason to EVER eat a boring meal (unless you choose to).

So should you quite your job and say goodbye to all your friends just so you can learn to cook better meals?

NO  – it’s far more simple than that!

I know it sounds like you’ll be using all of your free time preparing meals, BUT great cooking doesn’t HAVE TO take a long time, especially if you cook in bulk and repeat a meal a few times.

What about affordability? “I don’t have the funds available for chef school”

Well, good news! YouTube videos cost (almost) nothing to watch and there are THOUSANDS if not hundreds of thousands of fantastic videos online which can teach you to cook simple, easy, time-friendly meals that are also HEALTHY.

The bottom line here is that dieting is made MUCH easier if you are eating meals that you enjoy. All you have to do then is regulate portion size, and you’re losing weight AND enjoying food at the same time!
