Consider enjoying some foods that tend to make you happy. For example, ‘chocolate can help to enhance your mood and relieve anxiety’, especially if it is a favourite or special indulgence for you.

Similarly, you may also experience a comforting feeling when indulging in your preferred comfort food, whether it is macaroni and cheese, a warm mug of hot chocolate (with marshmallows!) or ice-cream. This may be a short term solution if you are feeling down, but it may just be all you need and the perfect ‘pick-me-up’, to get you going again!
