We saw the queen of The Met, Rihanna, dressed as a fashion-forward pope and Zendaya as Joan Of Arc with crosses and crowns all around.
With heavenly references everywhere, we couldn’t help but notice all the celestial, stunning bling. Get inspired by the Met’s theme with these heavenly jewellery pieces.
Almost every lady at the Met had on some form of Catholic imagery inspired crown. Amber Heard, Anne Hathaway, Yara Shahidi and Lana Del Rey all rocked out-of-this-world headpieces and bands.

This ear candy will take you to a higher plane. Dolce and Gabbana have been showing giant cross earrings for years so it was surprising we didn’t see more of these at the Met Gala.

The cross is the most recognizable symbol of the Catholic church, or any other Christian church for that matter. Kim Kardashian wore cross necklaces at the Met Gala, as did Bella Hadid and Katherine McPhee. ‘
