You will find that you will need to change your toothbrush once it is starting to wear away – usually around every three months. Opt for a good quality toothbrush that will help you to remove any particles of food that have been stuck between your teeth. Dentists sometimes recommend using an electric toothbrush as it has proven to be quite effective in helping us to clean our teeth. Remember off course, to be gentle on your teeth and gums.
