Nomzamo Mbatha brought her charming aura to the SA Fashion Week runway this week as she teamed up with McDonalds and Gert-Johan Coetzee for a one-of-a-kind celebration

The inclusion of McDonald’s in the SA Fashion Week roster might have seemed a strange one for many fashion lovers. The fast food franchise was celebrating 50 years of the Big Mac by teaming up with local designer, Gert-Johan Coetzee.

Coetzee brought his creativity to the fore as he produced a red and yellow inspired Big Mac Capsule collection, complete with the trademark golden ‘M’. However, the real surprise came right at the end of the show when Nomzamo Mbatha strutted onto the runway in a fabulous, crimson ball gown.

Nomzamo’s energy couldn’t be tamed as she danced her way to the end of the catwalk, giving photographers every angle to capture her in perfect light as she did so.
