Get more active by using a smaller water bottle

Want to find an easy way to burn more calories? Consider doing the following.

Simply switch your large water bottle for a smaller sized one. By doing so, you will have to get moving to refill the bottle, every time it’s empty. If you tend to drink lots of water in one go, try getting a new bottle that is about half its size. In this way, you will find yourself walking to refill the bottle twice as many times.

Burn calories

Walking burns calories. So try to maximise the number of calories that you burn by walking to the furthest tap or water cooler for a refill. Alternatively, jog or perhaps engage in a short and quick run. Doing this regularly, will help you to burn more calories and best of all, you will be providing yourself with the best natural, low calorie drink there is available!
