The comfort factor is one – just exclude the deep fried and chipped versions and you’ll be fine. The other reason is that a baked potato is a VERY easy meal to make, and will fill you up and satisfy you like almost nothing else.
A great meal option is a baked potato with a teaspoon of butter and a large salad. Highly nutritious and filling. Plus it’s tasty, and won’t upset your stomach due to weird chemicals and things.
Potatoes, like all fruits and veggies, are also very cheap, so you gets lots for your money.
