Gospel singer, Dumi Mkokstad is facing some heavy heat following accusations made by a young woman that he impregnated her and forced her to get an abortion

The 21-year-old girl goes by the name of Nomfundo Ngcobo and she revealed her story in local publication, Isolezwe. She claims to have slept with Dumi Mkokstad, adding that he was her first sexual partner.

The two allegedly met on Facebook before becoming close enough to go on a date and enjoy what Nomfundo describes as a relationship. She also recounts their first sexual experience (credit to ZAlebs.com for translating from Zulu):

“We hooked up and then he took me to his place in Musgrave. In the house we found his brother sitting with his girlfriend. We chilled with them for a bit then they left us. That’s when Dumi took me to his room, pushed me onto his bed, began undressing me and had sex with me.”

However, things turned sour when she fell pregnant with what would have been his child.

Nomfundo claims that Dumi forced her into an abortion, even going so far as to pay for the procedure

She is now determined to get retribution from the singer, hence her decision to go public with the story. The 21-year-old wants Dumi to pay for damages but neither the singer nor his management have responded to this request. Dumi (and his management) also declined to comment on the story.

Those who have caught wind of the story on social media refuse to believe it:
