Work your inner thighs by placing a rolled towel in between them. Then squeeze as tightly as you can and hold for a count of five. Thereafter relax and repeat.
Consider calf raises
This exercise is best for standstill traffice. Place both feet flat on the ground, and then raise your heels, tightening your calves as you do so.
A car workout for your abs
This is one effective move akin to a stomach crunch. Simply pull your belly button in towards your spine and tighten your lower abdominals. Crunch forward slightly and return to the starting position.
