Routine is easy to plan for and around, it’s easy to follow, and it’s easy to maintain. Routine is easy.

What should the routine look like? Well, it doesn’t need to be complicated…

 You really just need to answer a few questions:

  1. How many times per day will I eat?
  2. When will I eat these meals?
  3. What will these meals look like?
  4. When will I exercise?

Once you have the answers to these questions you have your basic routine. Then all you need to do is follow it for a couple of weeks, and it’ll be habit. Then you’re really winning.
