Takkies stays motivated during her pregnancy by accepting that weight gain is not only inevitable during pregnancy, but necessary. Don’t watch the scales while working out, it is all about being healthy and fit.

“My baby girl is growing fast and very heavy. I’m becoming very delayed as I get used to my growing belly. This week I’ve started noticing more cellulite and a lot of weight gain,(which is very good for the baby) that didn’t surprisingly freak me out. Let’s not forget my aching hips that are making room for my baby girl. I’m still amazed at what my body can do to carry another human being,” she captioned this picture at the gym.
