Boity Thulo can now add ‘rapper’ as a profession on her impressive (and long!) CV. This, after she debuted her rap skills on the big stage this weekend.
The Migos Culture Tour touched down in Mzansi last weekend, with the rap trio performing in Durban followed by Johannesburg. The amount of chatter that these three men managed to generate will rumble on for weeks, but one of the biggest talking topics came from our very own Boity.
And now Rapping.

The actress, presenter and businesswoman surprised the masses when she stepped on stage and joined Nasty C.
In a move nobody expected, Boity took the mic and delivered a wordy rap verse with all the confidence of an experienced rapper at her peak
On a night when Migos’ performance was delayed by a few hours, it was up to Boity to save the day and entertain the crowds. And she did it with aplomb:

Also I'm all about @Boity rapping
However, not everybody was as impressed as some of the people above. Boity’s rapping also drew some criticism from the kind of social media users we’ve come to realise are never impressed by anything:
Of course the most important opinion here is yours. What did you think of Boity’s rap skills?
