She promised us a close look into her day-to-day life and we saw this almost immediately when we got a glimpse into how she starts a day with her boyfriend, AKA. Despite being the biggest celebrity in the country, Bonang seemed relatively normal as she cooked breakfast for her bae.

The show was filmed during a period when AKA was preparing for the Jo’burg leg of the Supa Mega Show (which took place late in 2016) and the first episode saw the couple dashing around town to prepare for that big gig.

We also saw Bonang hard at work as she sat with her manager, Jay Badza, and did everything she could to make sure her book came out perfectly.

Nobody could have dreamed of being this close to Bonang, but her reality show has helped bridge the gap between her and her fans.

The show garnered a largely positive reaction from her fans…
