What is FAT really? It’s a MACRONUTRIENT. There are only three of these.
So it’s probably important, right? The problem is that a lot of the fats people are eating now are highly refined and toxic, like the oils used for deep frying foods. Hint: don’t eat deep fried stuff too often, if at all.
Here are some of the fatty foods you should be eating for optimum health and weight loss.
1. Fatty fish
Salmon, mackerel, tuna, herring and trout are all good examples of fish that are loaded with Omega 3 fatty acids. These help you heart health, brain function and your joints’ health too.
Try to eat these at least three times per week or use an Omega 3 supplement (just make sure it’s a good quality one, if you’re burping fish it isn’t good).
