TIP: Be chemically & nutritionally complete

In order to lose weight (in a healthy way) your body needs to be in a balanced nutritional and chemical state.

It needs to have the right “stuff” to be healthy before it will begin to let go of body fat. If you’re not healthy, your body’s first priority is to protect you from getting sick, which will exclude it from allowing weight loss to occur.

The easiest way to ensure that you are in the right state to lose weight is through the use of nutritional supplements. These pills and powders do not cause weight loss, they simply fill in the gaps left by the lack of quality nutrients in your diet.

So, what should you take then? Well, here are the basics:

  1. A multivitamin and multimineral – these cover the majority of what you need, and have no adverse effects. Just take them daily.
  2. Omega 3s – these are amazingly good for everything from brain function to joint pain. Google their benefits and you will wonder why you aren’t taking them.

Once you’re taking those you should begin to see some improvements in your weight-loss results – provided you are actually following whatever diet programme you have chosen.
